Measured 2026-08-14: contact & conversation data is 81% of our database bills ≈ $1 per 1,000 stored contacts per month. Ask for their current base or CRM export size. Agent-run LLM spend / month, $ iExpected raw LLM cost of Agents-platform runs (the agents_usage_ledger cost column). Billed to the client with the ~1.2 tiered markup; our cost is the raw amount. Leave 0 for accounts not using Agents. Infra share, $ / account / month (internal) iPer-account slice of the fixed bills ÷ 117 paying accounts (58 Stripe + 59 invoice/manual, trials & lapsed excluded; measured 2026-08-14). Known Aug-2026: Supabase $918 + Mongo $180 (trending up: $140 → $145 → $180 over 3 months) + Scaleway Redis $113 + Redis $45 + Zernio $97 + Cohere $175 = $1,529/mo ≈ $13.07/account; the $15 default provisionally covers GCP (billing export enabled, first data pending). OpenAI/OpenRouter are the LLM line, not counted here. Only affects the internal cost panel.

Connector = signed up through the Claude connector (connector_accounts, origin "acquired"); "connected Claude later" = registered in the app and authorised the connector afterwards (origin "adopted").
